Overview
The OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management is an Ofqual-regulated qualification equivalent to the first year of a UK Bachelor's degree. Designed to develop and reward health and social care workers, this diploma provides a career pathway for learners who wish to develop their management and care capabilities within the health and social care sector.
